That’s right, I’ve changed jobs. It wasn’t that my previous employer is bad, but my new employer focuses much more on personal development. I’m given both the time and the resources to study for my MS certifications, and the group as a whole is geared towards developing as a team, not as a group of individual developers working on their own section.
Plus, the ability to work from home up to 3 days a week never hurts the transition.
